Our senior management team has extensive business management experience in CPG manufacturer general management, sales and marketing; and retailer procurement, merchandising and store operations. This experience translates down through our  project teams, all staffed by senior consultants, to produce performance enhancement solutions for our clients.

Win Weber is Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Founder of WWA.

Winston Weber
Since entering the consulting profession 23 years ago Win has been a value added resource for consumer products manufacturers, retailers, wholesalers and industry associations. He has a worldwide reputation as one of the original architects of category management and is credited with introducing retailer/supplier partnering in the US, Mexico, Australia and Asia.

Win was a member of the FMI ECR Category Management Subcommittee. He has written numerous articles on partnering, category management and related subjects. He has been a guest speaker on these subjects for the Strategic Planning Forum, Food Marketing Institute, Grocery Manufacturers Association, National Food Brokers Association, Canadian Council of Grocery Distributors, Canadian Food Brokers Association, Private Label Manufacturers Association and for numerous other industry and corporate affairs.

Win spent his first 23 years in the consumer products industry building an impressive record of achievement as a senior sales executive and president of two sales corporations. Beginning his career with Colgate-Palmolive, he progressed rapidly into management positions with increased responsibility with General Foods, American Brands, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Warner Communications and Schering-Plough.

He has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Syracuse University.

 

Paul Christman is Executive Vice President of WWA’s Retail Consulting Practice.

Since joining WWA fifteen years ago, he has consulted for retail and wholesale clients in the US, Canada, Mexico, Latin America, Australia, New Zealand and Hong Kong. These engagements have included strategic plan facilitation and development, organization and business process design, category management design and implementation, merchandising systems enhancement guidance, merchandising standards development, and training on performance improvements across functions.

Paul is co-developer of WWA’s proprietary multi-store and multi-category space management technology. He is viewed throughout the industry as an expert in the field of retail merchandising applications.

Paul spent 24 years with a leading supermarket chain prior to entering the consulting profession. He held senior positions in Supermarket Operations, Buying and Merchandising. He was also involved in the development and implementation of retail decision support tools including space management, computer assisted ordering and competitive pricing applications.

Paul has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration
from the University of Missouri at St. Louis.

 

Keith Conard is Executive Vice President of WWA’s CPG Manufacturer Consulting Practice.

Keith has 24 years of consumer products industry experience in sales management, customer marketing and marketing. Prior to joining WWA, Keith was Vice President, Sales Operations for The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company with responsibility for retail sales operations, sales strategy and trade marketing. Previous senior management positions include Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing, for the American Italian Pasta and Vice President Sales and Chief Customer Officer with Borden Foods. He began his career with the Campbell Soup Company.

Keith has considerable experience in areas such as sales strategy, organization and business process design, customer team development, retail execution, 3rd party sales management, customer marketing and brand management.

He graduated from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio
with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration.
